Therapy Services

Every person deserves therapy that honors their story and moves at their pace. I offer several approaches to support healing from trauma, disconnection, and self-doubt.

Woods with Fog

Gentle, Grounded Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

I offer trauma-informed individual therapy in Woodbury, MN, and throughout Minnesota via secure telehealth. My approach is relational, intuitive, and tailored to each client — focused on helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that are hurting, protective, or ready to grow. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or spiritual disconnection, you don’t have to do it alone.

Let’s explore the approach that feels right for you.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Parts Work

Compassionate Healing for All Parts of You

IFS, or Internal Family Systems, is a gentle yet powerful therapy that helps you understand the “parts” within — the inner critic, the overwhelmed part, the part that shuts down, the one that wants to feel joy again.

Rather than fighting against these parts, we get curious and open. We learn what each part is trying to protect and how they’ve helped you survive. As we build trust with them, space opens up for your true Self — that centered, calm, wise part of you — to lead with compassion.

IFS can be especially helpful if:

  • You feel like you're constantly at war with yourself

  • You struggle with shame, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm

  • You're healing from complex trauma or attachment wounds

  • You've tried lots of talk therapy and feel like you've hit a wall

“I have so many parts pulling me in different directions.” IFS helps you understand, heal, and unify your inner world.

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Move Through Trauma Without Having to Relive It

EMDR is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps your brain and body process difficult memories, stuck beliefs, and emotional pain, often without needing to talk in detail about the event.

Through bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping), EMDR helps desensitize and reprocess memories that are keeping you stuck. It allows your nervous system to complete what got frozen in the past and move forward with more peace and clarity.

EMDR is especially helpful for:

  • PTSD and traumatic memories

  • Negative self-beliefs ("I'm not enough," "I'm unsafe")

  • Anxiety, panic, and chronic stress

  • Disturbing images or body sensations

“I thought I’d have to relive it to heal. With EMDR, I didn’t. I just finally felt it move through.”

Somatic & Intuitive Therapy

Reconnect With Your Body’s Wisdom

Trauma, stress, and disconnection don’t just live in your mind, they live in your nervous system. Somatic therapy gently guides you back into relationship with your body, helping you feel safe, present, and whole again.

We’ll use tools like breathwork, grounding exercises, body awareness, and intuitive practices to help you listen to what your body has been trying to tell you  without pushing, performing, or bypassing.

This work is perfect if:

  • You feel disconnected or numb in your body

  • You’ve “talked through it” in therapy before but still feel stuck

  • You want a spiritual or intuitive lens to your healing

  • You’re longing to feel more alive, grounded, and whole

“I’m starting to feel safe in my body again — maybe for the first time.”
